Jesse Ray Smith is a Southern California-based Americana artist building a live-driven career rooted in strong songwriting, intentional performances, and authentic audience connection. In 2025, he performed 86 shows, released his latest full-length album Keepers, and toured across the East Coast, West Coast, and Park City, Utah. His live work spans ticketed performances, touring, and private engagements, anchored by a steady foundation of corporate and destination event bookings through regional agency Acoustic Spot Talent. Jesse is currently developing new material aimed at expanding the energy and dynamic range of his live show—evolving toward a more festival-ready set while maintaining the songwriting and audience connection that define his performances.

His two most recent full-length albums, Back to Yesterday and Keepers, were co-produced alongside Grammy Award-winning producer Tyler Chester, helping to shape a sound that has attracted indie label interest, including a verbal physical distribution offer from Sugar Mountain Music for his forthcoming release, currently in development and targeted for late 2026. He has also collaborated with Nashville-based Americana artist Nicki Bluhm on the single “Nowhere,” and will be featured on an upcoming Americana compilation from Putumayo World Music with his single “The Show,” his most-streamed track of 2025.

Alongside his artist project, Jesse is the founder of Music By Eras, a live entertainment platform producing high-quality, era-based performances for private and experiential events. In its initial phase, the company has partnered with Acoustic Spot Talent to establish a strong foothold in the Southern California private events market—prioritizing low-risk, high-quality bookings while building a growing network of venues, buyers, and regional collaborators. Designed as a turnkey premium resource for the corporate events and networking industry, Music By Eras has developed relationships with top-level event planners across the U.S.

On the artist side, Jesse is expanding his booking reach through a partnership with Colorado based Rocky Mountain Artists, creating immediate opportunities to grow his presence in other markets while simultaneously opening the door for Music By Eras to expand into Denver — one of the country’s most active corporate event regions. With a scalable booking infrastructure in place, the broader vision is to expand into the top destination corporate event markets in the U.S.—including Las Vegas, Orlando, San Diego, Nashville, and Austin—while continuing to develop opportunities across public concert series, soft-ticket summer programming, and ticketed touring.

Jesse’s releases and creative partnerships are housed under Three of Spades Entertainment, LLC — an umbrella entity supporting long-term development and independent growth across recorded and live channels.

 
 

In 2025, Jesse independently produced and executed a direct-to-fan album campaign that sold over 1,100 physical units and generated over $20,000 in gross revenue—bringing total independent sales to over 5,000 units and more than $60,000 in gross direct-to-fan revenue since 2024. Alongside this, he launched a full merchandise line supporting the brand. With additional inventory in place, the campaign is set to relaunch in 2026 with expanded content efforts, supported by a growing creative team including Murdy Media.
